Do a search for quick jack load test on RUclips. While they may not lift what’s shown they will support it in a test of the unit. There is no way those locks will let go under normal conditions. Yes I have one. If your car is too low which mine is drive it up onto some 2x4 blocks. Worked great for my BMW and the Vette I had.

This is the worst and messiest method. Just use a bushing removal tool. I refurbed my m3 subframe and it took 10 minutes to remove the bushings. I have watched bimmers videos and he has some good ones, but this is just the worst method

Hi good day. I have a BMW 325 m sport 2010 model e90. N52. Am having a problem with water link for every 2 days. I have replaced the radiator and pipe like 3 time and it still link. But the heater in the car dnt work at the moment. But we going to fix tht and see. Plz any advice for me.

Precise it, I snapped two f*cking cover bolts, one taking the cover off and one going on fml. Used an impact to take them off, switch got hit wrong way, then I bought a torque wrench which was faulty 😢

Here's something essential for anyone doing this... depending on how you have the car supported on Jack stands, or whatever, place 200lbs of weight into the trunk before dropping the rear subframe to prevent the car from tipping over the supporting platform (if it applies to how you have the car supported)
